POSITION: FULLTIME BOOKKEEER | LOCATION: JANESVILLE, WI
Evergreen Designs is looking for a full-time bookkeeper to assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with knowledge and experience in Job Costing.
The ideal candidate will be organize and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable as well as other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have knowledge and experience in job costing.
Responsibilities
- Entering job cost information into A/P and process for payment, while working with extensive Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with Customer invoicing while monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely processing of job costing and data entry into payroll timesheets.
- Match receipts with the credit card statement.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting or relative field.
- 2+ years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Construction background required.
